Please be aware that your DMCA report and your contact information may be shared with the person who allegedly infringed your rights for dispute resolution purposes.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was blocked by mistake or incorrect identification, you may submit a counter-notice, which must include:

• The content that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, asserting that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
• A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any relevant U.S. district if you’re not located in the U.S.), and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant or their representative.
• Your signature in either physical or electronic form.

We will forward your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days of receiving it, the material may be reinstated at our discretion.
